If the product does not suit your requirement or is defective or received in damaged condition. Please contact us at our customer care number or email us at customercare@delhi6online.in for a return or replacement.

Returns & Replacements Will Be Accepted Within 7 Days of Order Delivery. In case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product. Inform us within 24 hours after receiving the product delivery.

Please follow the below steps for raising the return request.

1. Initiate Request.Email Us customercare@delhi6online.in or via contact us section
2. Prepare the package with all accessories & packaging.
3. Ship the package.
4. Once We Received It At Our End. We shall inspect.
5. A replacement will be sent, or a refund will be initiated.
6. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Refund Modes.

If your item is eligible for refund. We shall process the refund in 3-4 days with the following payment modes. You will receive your payment in the original payment mode.

Return Conditions.

• Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Damaged or defective products will be eligible for return.
• If You Do Not Like The Product. You Will Be Charged With Both Side Forward & Return Shipping Charges.
• Product Without Packaging Or Products With Damaged Product Packaging Will Not Be Eligible for Return/Replacement.
• Partial Products Without Accessories & Other Supporting Items Will Not Be Eligible For Return/Replacement.
• We reserve the right to cancel the return or replacement if we do not find any issue during the quality check that is mentioned by the customer while raising a return request.

Cancellation.

If you want to cancel an order after placing the order, please call us at 9958387806 or Email us at blchinternational@yahoo.com. Please do inform us as soon as possible. Usually orders are shipped at 11.30 am everyday. Cancellation is not possible if the order is shipped.
